I had a great time working with people from across the University of Cambridge, Wellcome Sanger Institute, the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI), Babraham Institute, and the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology this week in preparation for Cambridge LifeLab. This is a programme of pop-up science events in shopping centres, cafes and music venues across Cambridgeshire on 28th September 2018 and again on 27th September 2019. Part of European Researcher’s Night, the largest public engagement event across Europe which simultaneously involves 55 other projects in 27 countries across the European Union. Phew!

Thank you Dr. Juan M. Bermúdez García for the group photo – it’s so cool!
