Research shows that memories don’t decay, but that we need to recall memories regularly to maintain access to them. We are now running workshops with retired or semi retired groups exploring many aspects of performance and communication such as learning poetry, reading for performance, public speaking, acting and devising drama.

These workshops provide new inputs, new contents and new experiences. They are creative, social and enjoyable, strengthening communication and performance skills alongside exercising memory retention and recall.
