SUSANNAH BOND graduated from Cambridge Performing Arts in 2001 and has worked extensively as a professional Actress including theatre tours of both children’s theatre and Classic drama, voice over, and corporate work. She completed her BAHons in Acting in 2010 and is a full member of Equity Actors Union. Susie has been teaching performance and communication exams since 2001 and continues to teach at St Mary’s Junior School and The Leys School in Cambridge. She also continues to work at corporate level, acting as a simulated patient for Doctors and Student Doctors as well as assisting and training them in communication skills.

SARAH CRUISE has been coaching communication skills since 2003, and set up eloquential in 2006. She has worked with a number of well known companies including ARM, Visa Europe, and Zeiss amongst many others. She also had the pleasure of working with Sir Keith Mills and Lord Sebastian Coe on the London bid for the 2012 Olympic Games. In 2006 Sarah founded the Rising Stars public engagement training programme for the University of Cambridge which she continues to run. She also provides public engagement support for various other university departments, and external organisations such as the British Ecological Society, Gates Cambridge Scholars, and the Physiological Society. In 2015 Sarah branched into teaching performance and communication exams in schools including the Stephen Perse Foundation in Cambridge and St Edmund’s College in Ware, with a 100% pass rate.

JACKIE WROUT runs workshops in communication and presentation skills, confidence building and stress management, for businesses such as Arm, Zeiss, Schlumberger and many other companies in Cambridge, London and Europe. She combines this with private practice and work for charities as both counsellor and trainer, and has run workshops on a variety of mental health issues for Mind, Home Start, and the YMCA in schools and colleges. Jackie originally graduated in Fine Art in Rome, and speaks fluent Italian. She worked for several years in publishing and as a graphic designer before turning to a therapeutic and training career ten years ago, studying psychology and qualifying as a therapeutic counsellor and clinical supervisor.

VANESSA ACKERMAN trained as an actor at Lamda and  holds an MA (with Distinction) in Shakespeare and Theatre. She had extensive experience playing lead roles in high profile productions and with the Royal Shakespeare Company as well as some of those well known TV shows such as The Bill and Holby City. She has been teaching since 2013 and currently teaches at the Cambridge School of Visual and Performing Arts as well as running various workshops and teaching performance and communication qualifications. Vanessa also works as a translator and voice over artist with language skills in French, Italian, German and Russian.

GILLIAN FORD trained at a leading drama school, Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, graduating in 2006. Since then she has appeared on the West End, TV, UK tours, cruise ships and in regional theatre. She has been teaching the performing arts since 2007 and alongside tutoring for exams, she is experienced in developing bespoke drama based workshop sessions for team building, communication and creative learning, working with organisations such as Ambassadors Theatre Group, Mencap, The BRIT School, The Prince’s Trust and Birmingham Stage Company.
