All coaching is tailored to the client's needs,
starting with a 1hr audit
meeting to assess and plan a coaching programme. Sessions are
usually
1-2hrs long with about a 2 week gap in-between to practice skills.
All coaching is targeted at long term development.
- Skills training in any
aspect of communication: presentation, selling, media
interviews, influencing, negotiating, pitching etc
- Voice and personal impact
development to increase potential for influence as identified
from appropriate non-verbal analyses
- Development coaching much
like a sports coach to ensure that the individual is
continuously communicating at their best
