Sarah Cruise (nee Cottam)
Sarah coaches individuals and groups on all aspects of their communication needs.  Sarah also helps companies through IPO and Trade Sale. She is a visiting lecturer for the University of Cambridge has coached at master classes for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards and most notably coached key members of the London 2012 Olympic bid team.
Vox Institute
Vox Institute is a training and research institute specialised in acoustic and non verbal aspects of speech communication.  It was founded in 1988, and its mission is to provide scientifically based practical coaching in vocal and non-verbal skills of speech communication. 
The founder and director, Branka Zei Pollermann PhD, has been personally involved in Geneva University scientific research since 1980. She is author of numerous publications in the fields such as: phonetics, cognitive psychology, phonology, psycholinguistics, and the psychology of emotions. Her professional profile is multi-disciplinary and her academic credentials include: a doctorate (PhD) in psychology (University of Geneva), and three university diplomas in: general linguistics (Geneva) psychology (Geneva), English and Italian language and literature (Zagreb). Her postgradute studies were done in phonetics, linguistics, philosophy and sociology.  

Vox Certification
eloquential is certified to run the unique Vox workshops which have acquired acclaim in Geneva.  These workshops approach soft skills through scientific research.  Workshops include 'Power of the voice and non-verbal behaviour in oral communication' which is a 2-day intensive workshops on the voice and other non-verbal behaviour for influence and persuasion, includes a full voice and non-verbal behaviour analysis report for all attendees and gives individual coaching to maximise their potential.
