eloquential enables people to communicate most effectively.  Using well founded and respected research in psychology and linguistics, and unique tools such as voice and non-verbal behaviour analysis, eloquential coaches and runs workshops on all aspects of human communication including: presentations, media interviews, pitching, negotiating, personal impact, interpersonal behaviours, influence, voice coaching etc

Methodology
All workshops and coaching are designed to build skills and confidence within a secure environment.  All advice is based on well-founded and respected research in psychology and linguistics with all appropriate references available in workbooks and handouts for participants to read and digest at their leisure.  However workshops and coaching sessions are designed to use this theory in a practical manner.  All training and coaching is targeted at long term development and therefore includes self development assignments and action planning to truly imbed these changes into normal behaviour.

Sarah Cruise
Sarah is the founder of eloquential and has extensive experience coaching communication skills.  She has had comprehensive training in psychology and linguistics from the Vox Institute and continues to train with them regularly.  Sarah works with individuals and organisations from a wide range of sectors and she most notably coached key members of the London 2012 Olympic bid team for that winning bid presentation in 2005.
Joanna King
Joanna is a psychologist, counsellor and coach.  She has a degree in Psychology and Linguistics, qualifications as a Person Centred Counsellor, is a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and has extensive training and experience with groups, coaching, cognitive behavioural therapy and facilitation.  Joanna works to enhance communication, behaviour, confidence, and social dynamics.
Vox Institute
Vox Institute is a research and training institute specialising in acoustic and non-verbal aspects of speech communication.  Branka Zei Pollermann PhD has been personally involved in Geneva University scientific research since 1980. She has a PhD in psychology and university diplomas in general linguistics, psychology, English and Italian language and literature.  She is also an author of numerous publications.
